Ms. Moy has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Moy has represented commercial real estate owners, developers and financial institutions in a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and the development of office and retail properties, hotels, multifamily properties and mixed-use projects as well as real estate financings, representing both lenders and borrowers in construction financings, permanent financings and mezzanine financings.
As an associate in the real estate group at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, Ms. Moy represented Brookfield Financial Properties in its $795,000,000 financing for the construction and development of 300 Madison Avenue, Credit Suisse First Boston in its portfolio sale of its interests in 350 Madison Avenue and 1440 Broadway and an office building located in Detroit for approximately $475,000,000 and RFR Realty in its acquisition of the Seagram Building for approximately $375,000,000.
Prior to Fried Frank, Ms. Moy was an associate in the real estate group at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal where she represented CIBC in a $139,000,000 construction loan for the development of a mixed-use high rise located at 34th Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan and a $40,000,000 construction loan for the development of a residential building located at 90th Street and 1st Avenue in Manhattan.
Prior to Sonnenschein, Ms. Moy was an associate in the real estate group at Herrick, Feinstein where she represented Emmes Capital in its financing of The Regency Hotel located in Denver and Praedium in its sale of the commercial unit of The Cityspire Condominium.
Ms. Moy is a graduate of Bowdoin College and American University’s Washington College of Law.
